About Us

The Germantown Church of God is a body of Christ-followers who welcome all to join us in worshiping our living Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Established in 1871, the church continues to be a people of worship and service in the community and around the world.

Our worship service is on Sundays at 9:30 am. While the service is mostly traditional it is also fairly casual and you will find the people friendly and welcoming. The building is handicap accessible from the side entrance next to the cemetery. There are nursery services available during worship and Sunday School classes for all ages at 10:45 am.

We are part of the Churches of God, General Conference with its headquarters in Findlay, OH, where Winebrenner Theological Seminary is also located. Regionally, we are part of the Eastern Regional Conference Churches of God, headquartered in Wormleysburg, PA. Our church camp, Camp YoliJwa, is located at Doubling Gap Center outside of Newville, PA.
